好的原料是优质产品的前提，为了实现对原料的质量控制，（我们）成立了专门的供应商管理小组，由采购、技术及质量管理部、研发中心的相关人员组成。从其的商业能力，技术能力，质量保证等方面做出全面的评价后，方可确认其供应商资格，而各部门在接下来的生产过程中还会定期对选择的供应商进行监督审核，保障在持续不断的生产过程中供应商能够始终如一的提供高品质的原材料。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[s:35]

师兄，句子结构差不多是这样了，个中的专有名词(特别是那几个部门)可能还要改改哦

In order to exercise the surveillance of the quality of raw material, we found a special group for supplying management, consisting of related personals from the Department of Purchasing, the Department of Technology and Quality Management and the Center of Research and Development.Only with the fully evaluation on its business strength, technical strength, quality assurance etc., we can offer the supplier the qualification. Then our departments involved will super vice and check regularly the chosen suppliers in the following manufacturing, in order to guarantee their unswerving supplying of high quality raw material for the successive making.
